Physical Therapy Center

Your physical therapy services will begin with our professionally trained, knowledgeable, and friendly receptionist, who provides you with a convenient appointment time for an initial evaluation within 24-48 hours if possible. If you have an acute injury, we will make every effort to see you the same day.

Your initial evaluation will include a comprehensive and thorough review of your medical history, current medications you are taking, and physician recommendations, followed by a complete physical examination. We will then formulate and discuss with you an assessment, medical and physical therapy diagnosis, prognosis, and an individualized plan of care for treatment.

Following your initial evaluation, our licensed physical therapist will begin your therapy treatment. Each visit will consist of appropriate manual techniques, as well as modalities and exercises that are indicated for your individual injury. We also will continuously educate you on the care you are receiving, and provide an on-going evaluation of your condition and/or injury throughout your care with us.

We encourage you to be an active participant in your rehabilitation as we issue customized, computer-generated exercise sheets as needed for your home exercise program. Your performing of the home exercises diligently will help hasten your recovery.

It is very important to us that you leave Fast Track Physical Therapy on Day 1 extremely confident that we will provide the best possible care to optimize your functional outcomes and achieve your personal goals.

WE REMAIN OPEN!

We hope and pray that you and your family are safe and well during this difficult time inflicted upon us by the COVID-19 crisis. We at Fast Track Physical Therapy completely understand your concerns for your health and safety as we all try to cope with social distancing to minimize our exposure to this violent virus. We realize that with most doctors not seeing patients in-office for NON-ESSENTIAL visits currently, that does not mean that your pain or injuries are not ESSENTIAL to you.
